Colleen was very friendly and warm. Have me a haircut and style I had never had before and pulled it off for me extremely well. Was quite happy!

Loved it! Olivia cut my hair wonderfully. I just got back into the country and I left without leaving a tip D: aaawwwww I feel so bad, it was an honest mistake and I'll be sure to come back for another cut and make up for it. I just don't live very close and didn't realize it until later....ugh....but yeah they do they're best.

Super thoughtful service and great cuts, they even sit you down before hand with your hair dry and discuss what you have in mind and offer advice before going ahead with washing your hair and cutting it

The majority of haircuts I've received at Cosmo Bleu (by junior level stylists) have been average or mediocre. Despite this, the stylists have always been warm and friendly, so I keep going back. My last visit, however, was probably my last. I've been trying to grow my hair and went in for a trim/minor cut. I showed my stylist photographs of longer hair styles. Instead, I came out with a rounded short bob and lots of layers, which is very unflattering for my face shape. I was disappointed - as it was opposite from the photos I showed my stylist, Olivia - but I tried to give it a go. After weeks of styling it and feeling consistently displeased, I went back to discuss options. My stylist was very friendly and tried to offer solutions. Unfortunately, those solutions were 1) cut my hair even shorter or 2) just wait for it to grow out. While I appreciate the offer of a free haircut, I don't feel comfortable accepting. It seems as though she can only give me one haircut - and it's one I've never wanted. PS: While discussing options, a group of stylists formed around me and listened in, making me feel very uncomfortable. It might've been nice for a manager to step in at that point.

I have going to Amber for over 20 years and she never disappoints.
