If I could go lower than 1 star I would, first and last time at this shop. My daughter went in to have a cut so she could donate her hair, she has done this many times and she has gotten a beautiful reverse bob each time. This stylist, and I use that word generously, was not skilled enough to attempt this cut. She kept cutting the back and sides shorter and shorter in attempts to even out her mistakes. I finally had to ask her to stop and asked the manager to fix it which was not much better. For an Aveda salon, I expected a high quality cut. This was terrible, I would not recommend this shop.

I did some research before coming here. Let me say-the ABSOLUTE BEST service. I went in there a hard core red head. Came out 5 hours later a stunning Silver Foxy lady. David the colorist was very supportive and realistic with me. Neesan(?) the stylist was wonderful, funny and kind. Between the both of them working true magic -we believe we all were very happy with the outcome. I will continue to go there for all services from now on and I will tell people to go there. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg but, wow! The fees were fantastic too. Thank David and Neesan(?)I don't know how to spell his name.

First time customer and received the greatest coloring, cut and blow out I've ever gotten. The most friendly and welcoming service. Never want to go anywhere else

I came just for a blow out and fell inlove from the moment I walked in. Everyone is so welcoming and I felt the love right away! I come every week for my hair and I feel more and more fabulous every time. I recommend this place to everyone!!! David and Nieson the best of the best!! Full of talented amazing people who truly care about your hair needs and you.

I have been to Bella Vita before with fairly good results, so I decided last minute to make an appointment before the holidays to get a cut and go a little shorter. Because it was last minute they gave me an appointment with someone I'd never seen prior. When I got there, I excepted to see the place booming as it was only two days before Christmas. Instead I walked in to a completely empty salon. The hair dressser was nice enough but she criticized me MULTIPLE times about the fact that I use a flat iron most days to achieve the look I prefer. She told me I was literally breaking her heart about three quarters of he way through. My hair still looks really healthy so I wasn't sure why she kept going with that line. Anyway she gave me a haircut and I actually loved the length she cut so I was happy. When it came to styling she persisted on curling my hair. She had styled her own hair with that overly curly look so I guess that's why she wanted to style mine the same way. She basically begged me to let her try it, so I allowed it after she persisted, knowing I could just go home and re-style. I don't like the curly look for myself but tried to keep an open mind, in the end I absolutely hated it but it was fine. I still gave a great tip because it was the holidays and I can't be upset that we have different opinions about styles. When I got home I re-washed and styled my hair the way I liked. I was so upset to find out that the cut itself was horrible. It was all choppy (not in a good way) and was all different lengths. There was no long layers like I had asked. I hadn't noticed any of this when I was there because she styled it so curly I couldn't tell. I probably will not be going back because even on prior visits I found them to all be a bit pushy. I understand people want there hairdressers opinions but some people just want a cut without all the extra. I did get a balayge colour there on my very first visit and it did come out nice but even then they were pushy about other things and didn't want to listen to what I wanted.
