Great service and great staff. They offer a wide range of services. The staff is experienced and the saloon is owned part french and part American guys.

I trusted Alex for my haircuts for last five years. For last two times, he didn't understand my hair at all. I said I wanted to trim since my hair was not so overgrown. He asked me when I had my last haircut, I couldn't remember exactly so I said 4-6 months ago. I didn't know why he asked. I thought just a casual question. When he started cutting my hair, he cut around 4-6 inches of my hair straight away..it was insanely small cut...when I asked 'isn't it got too short?', he replied he was cutting my hair according to how many months it had been grown..I was dumbfounded. My cut is insanely short, near to pixie cut. I cried and felt depressed whole day after the haircut. Worst haircut of my life. Christmas holidays are near and I am feeling so sad of my look.

John really is quite amazing! So precise and can't believe how fast he can cut hair and looks great every time! He is beyond words to express how satisfied and happy I am with the results! He and the owner Alex are so personable and professional. Love this salon and John and Alex!!!

My daughter had her hair cut and colored here-best cut she has ever gotten. Considering what she usually pays, she felt this place was reasonable as well. Will probably make this our go to place from now on.

I just got back from getting a haircut from John. I am honestly so pleased with it. I already had in mind what I wanted, but John did better than what I had in mind. He was so nice, and the salon itself looks very nice and stylish. I am definitely going to make Bordeaux (and John) my go-to hair salon in Rochester.
