The service was quick and excellent. You pick the style, they provide the hair. My teenage daughter was very happy with her hair. Mama and her staff are professional and pleasant. I will go back again!!

I have a special long term relationship with Mama the owner. She's been braiding me and my sister hair for over 14 years!! I now have dreads and she started those as well. She never disappoints and she is an all star perfect professional braider. She is so sweet and nice and she treats us like family. She use to braid my hair when I was pregnant and now she braids my 14 year old daughter hair several times a year🤓🤓 I have nothing but nice things to say about this lady and her business. Never ever have she disappointed me and I've gotten all styles from her such as: micros, kinky twist, sinagelese and box braids, lemonade corn rows you name it🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Mama stayed open late, during the time of hurricane Florence to fit me and my friend in her schedule. I don't think anyone else in the city of Fayetteville would have shown that much kindness. Mama was fast and she really did a great job on both heads. So she deserves this... 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

MAMA is the rudest lady ever. She can catch short hair, but her attitude is horrible. I called and made an appointment on a Wed for Sat at 8am. MAMA didn't get to the shop until 9am that Saturday morning. I waited an hour already. Once MAMA arrived she doubled booked me and another lady. She did the others lady hair first. She finally got started on my hair at 10:30am. Initially I told her I wanted a braided bob. I changed my mind to kinky twist instead. Immediately she got irritated. She started on my hair yanking and pulling my hair while forcing my neck back with each braid. I was livid. I asked her what her problem was. long story short I will never visit this rude shop again. Professionalism at this Shop is AWFUL. I WILL NEVER PAY FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE AGAIN.
