took my son in to get his hair cut the lady asked us what we wanted - so I told her that he wants the same style but just shorter. she asked what I meant and I advised again that we just want the same style he currently has just shorter in length she then said well I can shave it bald! At that point I excused myself and left knowing that I wouldn't be able to explain what shorter meant.

I’m writing this review about the customer service at the front desk when I arrived for my hair cut, not about the quality of cuts they do. Great clips has always given me fantastic haircuts so I highly recommend it. I signed up on the great clips app to get a haircut and I included a ‘plus 1’ to check in for 2 haircuts. Unfortunately when I arrived they refused to give my sister a hair cut next in line even though I included her in the plus 1 option. They told me that since she already has a ‘hair cut profile’ at great clips (not the app) that she would have to re check in at the end of the line (10 behind me). I try to explain to the lady that what’s the point of having the option of adding multiple people online to check in if they would have to recheck in when they arrive with me, the lady then rolled her eyes at me and continually retorted back to me angerly. My sister then got frustrated and left the establishment. I am very disappointed that the employee was unable to serve us to the best of capability and let her frustration get the best of her.....

Use the Great Clips app & the wait is usually short, in and out pretty fast. Always have lots of hair care products to offer.

I'm not sure why but this location always seems to be under staffed. Everytime I go in there is 1 person working how are they even making money. I wanted to make my mom to get a haircut Friday and when I tried to book online the site was down. When I went in there was a 2 hour wait. No ty I'll pass and this isnt the first time the wait was outrages. You either need more staff or better management or even both.

I have been getting my hair cut here for the past few years. I love the online check in and the stylists are always friendly
