Thank you Angel at the Pasco Great Clips. I love my new hair style. You are awesome!

I would give 0 stars. Liticia did my hair today and had this worried look on her face the whole time. I asked for swoop bangs, she butchered them. Then she said there's a thing called head shape matters and that's what she thinks happened. And said once I straighten my hair, I will probably have to come back to get it fixed and that my hair was the challenge on the day. Great clips is awful. They do my husbands hair and he even says he asks for the same thing and get something different every time. 15 bucks for a hair cut that my 6 year old could do for free is insane. Never going back. Ever. And no I dont want a follow up with Jeanne. This is in pasco, wa off of rd 68..

If I could give this place zero stars I would!! I went in here to get a "trim" not a freaking hair cut!! I have extremely fine hair so it takes me years to grow my hair, and when I say years I'm not lying! The Hispanic lady with short darker hair chopped the front half of my hair so it doesn't match the rest of my hair. It's horrible looking and soooo uneven!! I wanna cry!!! If my original hair stylist isn't able to blend it then I'm going to have to cut about 5inches off just so it'll match the rest of my hair! It's not like it'll just grow back, it's going to take me about 2-4 years to grow back what that lady cut off yesterday!!! 😭😭😭😭

Leticia did a fantastic job on my husband's hair and neck. Thank you. We would go again and ask for her!

I've gone here a few times and always had a positive experience. I have long hair and they've done a nice job adding layers and trimming it up. Fun staff.
