Got my dreads maintenance. Totally satisfied with the services. She was pretty quick with it. And I loved her place too. Would recommend this place to everyone looking for services related to dreads.🤘☮️

She was great back when she responded to her clients. On a personal level I very much admire and love Charity. But since she stopped responding to all of my attempts to set up a maintenance appointments, I had to find someone else. It took such a long time to set up an appointment with a new Dread Specialist, because the new person also has taken on most of Charity's clients because of the lack of Charity's lack of response, that my locks lost their form and I had to have them cut and have fake extensions put in to make up the difference. It was an expensive bummer since my dreads are all natural. I actually hope to be able to have a future appointment with Charity and I'm hoping that this review helps shed light on the issue.

Well, I started on my dread journey with Charity in December 2016 and was a dedicated customer for almost 2 years. I was scheduled to have an appointment a few weeks ago, which she cancelled last minute. The last minute cancellation was no big deal, but I immediately asked about rescheduling and got no response. I tried reaching out through text and Facebook messenger a few more times with no response. In the past it has been hard to get ahold of her, but it is what it is. But now this dedicated customer is just being ignored. It's ridiculously frustrating. Even when I've had to return within a couple of weeks because I have had so many loose hairs falling out, I've stuck with the process and enjoyed working with Charity. Now this experience has been nothing but a nightmare. Cancel an appointment if needed, but respond back to a message about wanting to reschedule.

I apologize for the review I wrote about Charity and her work.. I have take some responsibility for how things worked out...Charity is an amazing soul and worked countless hours on my hair.. I am new to this journey and am learning my dreads are unusually soild and that it would take more time and her hard work to get my extensions to stay...I want to pubically apologize to Charity for that review I do not want anything to reflect bad on her business... She has been very kind to me when I had to cancel twice she still has given me free work and has been very kind and mature in dealing w my issues... I will continue to go to her through my dread journey and recommend Dread Goddess to anyone who is on or just beginning their journey..Thank you Charity for all the hard work you have done for me.. I am sorry I didn't focus on the positive in the first place and take into account the hours upon hours you put in for me... Please accept this apology...BLESSINGS

Charity is a lovely person, a true joy to work with. My 3 month old absolutely adored her also, she could sense her kind nature. She is fast, efficient, and makes your dreads beautiful!
