Management tells her staff to give bad haircuts to customers she doesn't care to help. Her employee deliberately cut unsatisfactory using scissors to do a number one fade. The fade was the worst ever it's like she never went to beauty school I had to get the haircut fixed. These two lady's had a great laugh at my expense. I am going to keep coming in. I'm going to make them cut hair right and treat people with respect even if I have to get 20 bad haircuts and keep telling everyone about it. You can't fake being nice. I felt punished by the management. The stylist with the purple hair doing the intentional bad haircut kept asking is it good KNOWING DAMN well she was doing a terrible job. I wonder is this because I tip or I'm shy. It's a simple haircut these lady's didn't get right on purpose.

Hair cuts are different each time I go to Great Clips in The Dalles. I don't know if each person that cuts my hair know what 3 inches is. I ask to 'leave 3 inches on' & I get any where from 1 1/2 inches to 4 inches but hardly ever the 3 inches I've asked for!

Awesome job on my very curly hair that's hard to cut. Robin did a fantastic job!

Hair wasn't swept before I was asked to sit down, haircut only vaguely resembled the picture, after my hair dried also found out it was uneven in the front. I don't know if it was the shampoo or the towel to dry my hair but, my hair smelled weird after as well. Never going back.
