Pedicure was great. First part of manicure (the arm and hand massage) was really nice. However, I asked for a soft squared thin French tip (with a photo). None of my nails were trimmed and were all different shapes and lengths. I had to ask to have them cut but they still weren’t shaped and some of the French tips were crooked. It’s been 2 days and they’ve already started peeling on the sides and fading at the tips. I get gel polish fairly often and don’t have this issue until after a week or two. I’m getting married out of town in two days and have no time between traveling and errands to get them fixed. I’m only giving 3 stars to account for the great pedicure and the nice staff.

First time customer at this establishment and it couldn't have been worse. I got cut twice, nail esthenticions are in a hurry and don't take their time to do quality work. I had three different esthiticions work on my acrylic nails having to wait on each. Nails were not cut nor shapped correctly. Some nails had missing acrylic on sides and corners. Not sure how they have stayed open for as long as they have. I'm sure they are capable of quality work as read on some reviews prior to going but clearly consistency is a struggle. I would save your valuable time and the pain and find a new Salon.

Do not let Henry touch ur nails I've only had mine done for a week and 2 of them have broke and I paid 30 for them to get filled... all I know it's bad business to have ur work brake in a week and to make ur customer pay for it when its ur sloppy work.

I went in for a fill. Previously had a dark nail polish. Henry did my nails. Cut me multiple times. When I asked him to file down the old polish he said the new polish was going to cover it. I was getting a clear coat. On white tips with pink gel. I needed one nail fixed and he put a bigger size white tip and completely was not even with the others. He was rushing the whole time. Never again will I pay for this type of service. Never going back here again. And I suggest that they get inspected as well. Not clean at all. I gave it a one star only because I couldn't review without it. No stars earned sorry.

Went in to get my nails done, I had no say in the length I wanted, one of them wasn't even glued right at first, they're not the same length at all and when I was all done they had me sit down and I was literally there for 2 minutes and got told to go right after. 20 minutes that I left and nail polish keeps coming off with anything that I touch. I was not impressed whatsoever. First and last time I will be going there
