I should have trusted my gut and not come here, first off they made me sign a paper acknowledging the price and that I could pay it. Never had to do that before and it felt quite rude. Anyways I got a perm done here and quite honestly it looks terrible, I have to use hair products to keep some of the curl or else it falls loose, ( my hair had not been colored in 5years and I don't use heat product. So over all my hair is healthy) . . . not to mention I spent 200 for them to make my hair worse then it was. Not going back here again, was a waste of money.

Today I got the worst haircut of my entire life. I showed up at 9am for a quick trim before my vacation starts on Friday. There was only one stylist in so far and one man in front of me who was just looking for “a 2 all over”. Even he didn’t seem satisfied with such a simple cut, which should have been my sign to leave. I wish I got her name, tho I don’t think she will be there much longer. I asked for a trim and to touch up my bangs. When she washed my hair, she tried giving what I think was supposed to be a massage, but it was so painful and my hair kept getting pulled and I could feel where she wasn’t washing thoroughly. She then gave me the worst, choppiest, most uneven haircut I’ve ever seen. Seriously, my right side was at least an inch shorter than my left by the time I just told her to stop. She kept cutting and cutting. My hair was towards the middle of my back and is now well above my shoulders, and my bangs looked like an arch. I decided letting her wax my eyebrows would be idiotic, so I collected myself and went to pay. Before I could say anything the nice woman at the counter, Ruby, immediately could see I was upset. Once she asked me “Are you okay?” I lost it and started crying. It was SO bad. Thank goodness for Ruby. She calmed me down, convinced me to stay in the other room and wait for the next stylist to come in. Katie was handed an absolute catastrophe and managed to turn it around as best as she could. With some evening out and texture, it’s a much cuter hair cut, despite it not being what I wanted at all, which isn’t Katie’s fault at all. Then they didn’t charge me for anything and gave me a gift card, which was really above and beyond and won my heart. I’ve come here for awhile, but after my initial cut I was ready to defame the place. Bless Ruby and Katie for turning a “I wish there was a lower than one star” review to a 5 star experience.

This is now “my” salon! I walked in and was in a chair within 10 minutes. Kaitlin did an amazing job with my “hulk green” hair! And they rocked it, having only a few stylists, I never felt neglected! Great team!!

Everyone has always been nice when I go. On Wednesday I can get my eyebrows waxed for 5 dollars and I am in love with that. The girl who did mine did them very well, and were actually pretty symmetrical (which is rare for me haha)

I dyed my hair for the first time ever (not at 3rd Dimension) and it ended up being too dark for my skin tone! I didn’t like it so I wanted to go back to my natural color that I still loved but since I had a specific color as well as natural streaks I thought it would be complicated and hard to do so I was nervous! A friend of mine referred me here and (the original) Kaitlin listened and heard everything I wanted and made it so simple and easy and fun and she NAILED exactly what I was looking for! So happy with my results as well as the price! Thank you Kaitlin! I think I found my new 1 and only stylist with 3rd Dimension. 😊 I also want to add that the whole time I was there watching other clients come and go for shorter visits, all the other ladies working there were so nice and fun and sweet and it kept a great environment there and they were so great with all their clients, and kept them laughing and happy with their results as well! An all around great location and great environment. Thank you Bonney Lake 3rd Dimension! ❤️
