Hello! I am the owner of Bella Vita Salon. I apologize that we are hard to get ahold of. We are all independent contractors who manage our own scheduling. We do not have a receptionist, and when we are with our clients, we do our best to give them the utmost attention. Please do leave a message, and we will try our best to get back to you in a timely manner. As for unreturned messages, unfortunately sometimes messages get marked "returned" on accident or misplaced. I do apologize. We are not trying to ignore you. I hear that people around town say "It's impossible to get an appointment there." We are a group of experienced stylists, who have an established, long term client following. As a result, it is sometimes difficult for us to accommodate last minute requests. If you can be patient and schedule ahead, you can then establish a relationship with your stylist, make your next appointment before you leave and everyone is happy! :) We do appreciate and value all of our clients, new and old. Thank you for listening. We look forward to meeting you. Monica

Review is mostly for Christina, since I have only interacted with her so far. I went to Bella Vita for the first time yesterday on a recommendation from a coworker who's hair always looks great. After moving from the east coast and my hairdresser of almost 10 years, I had been putting off finding a new salon for months. I finally scheduled an appointment with Christina and am SO GLAD I did! She was even able to fit me in earlier when I ended up having the day off! Christina was quick, SUPER nice, and cut my hair perfectly. I have really thin hair and she layered it so it looks like I have a lot more volume and gave me new styling tips. We are planning on doing some color in November for a wedding I am in. She is also very, very reasonably priced, especially compared to the prices I was paying back east. They also use Bumble and Bumble products, which are my favorite. The only reason I am only giving 4 stars is because it is pretty hard to get a hold of anyone to schedule an appointment and when I left a message, no one returned my call. Online scheduling would be a great addition. However, this minor annoyance is totally worth the great cut from Christina!

Should post on website, no new customers wanted. Called 2 different days, got voicemail, did not receive a callback either time.
