Not a positive experience. Was barely paying attention while cutting hair was too busy talking to coworkers. Barely seemed interested or even wanting to be there. Simple, yet sub par haircut. Worst great clips location I’ve been too. If your looking for solid service go to the mckintyre square location.

Have taken my kids here several times for quick cuts or a trim. We have left there on only 1or2 occasions with a decent (ok) haircut. Went 2 nights ago. Told the girl how I wanted my sons hair cut (for pic day at school) I told her twice!!!!! I look away for 30secs and look back up and all of my sons hair was gone! When I said something she said Oh...ok. and turned her back to me n kept cutting...he had a nick in his front hairline...looked ridiculous! My son has very curly hair and he likes to have his curls.. now he has a buzz cut n dont even look the same...not happy at all!

As always a great haircut. Kristi is very friendy, professional and personable. If you have her cut your hair, tell her Freddy Krueger sent you!

If I could give less stars I would I stopped for a haircut and the older lady was very nasty to me when I would not give my address. She stated it was incase there was a "fire" at the location. When she saw my disgust with this, she then told me it would be a 30 minute wait! There was no other customers in the salon. One gentleman was just being finished and there was no other customers!!! I was thiraveling on business and in between patients. 30 minutes is a luxury in medicine but apparently means nothing in haircare! This is one place that should not be utilized and I will make sure to tell everyone I know in the cranberry area not to go here.

I decided to come to the cranberry location after I had some troubles with seven fields. Kristie was absolutely fantastic! I will be coming back to this location. Thank you!!
