I took my almost two-year-old son there for a haircut. It was not his first, but he usually does not do very well with them. I thought I had scheduled the appointment for that day, but it had turned out that I scheduled it for the next day. But when I showed up, the stylist, Jennifer, accommodated me anyway! My son had fun playing on the gym equipment in there before he got his haircut. With the personal TV at his station, and Jennifer being so great with children, he sat like an angel! Haircut was exactly what I asked for and she gave me good advice on kids styling products. She was knowledgeable and gave my son a good haircut. I would recommend her and the business to anyone! And the place was also clean. We will definitely be going there again.

I was really unhappy with my experience. The hairstylist was rude and did a terrible job. She was going to leave my son's hair uneven on the sides until I ask her to fix it. She totally hacked the front of his hair. She did not cut my daughter's hair, but totally messed up her braid. My daughter has thin hair fine hair. I ask her not to put product in it because my kids were getting there pictures taken. She put so much product and hair spray in her baby fine hair it just looked greasy. Not to mention she yelled at my kids. Thank God my kids family pictures got canceled. I will be going back to Shakeys in Robinson.

My son's hair was butchered. We wanted to love this place. It has a great indoor playground, fun character car chairs, and Netflix streaming at each stylist station. I visited the salon on three occasions. The first was the opening week and our cuts were good. The salon owners were on the premise at the time and apparently that makes a huge difference in the quality of your haircut. The second time was decent . And then yesterday occurred. My daughter received a bang trim which was fine. My son on the other hand received the worst haircut of his life. Four errors where the clippers made holes in his hair. Even the scissor cut on on top is a mess. When I notified the owner of my dissatisfaction I was not even offered a refund. Great concept, poor execution.

Another great haircut with Kaitlyn. My two year old hates getting haircuts, but getting to sit in the cool cars and watching his favorite show on the TV makes the process SOOOOO much easier. Thank you, thank you!

Please please avoid this place unless you want some crooked haircut . They have hired all trainee people who doesnt even know how to hold the scissors. Also they are very expensive salon. Place looks good but unless they hire some experienced professionals they will surely run out of business.
