I am so mad! I went there to get my hair trimmed and it looks like a 5 year old took scissors to my hair! It looks so disgustingly choppy. I have layers and she took each layer and made it a hard chop straight across. Didn't even blend any of it so now I have chops in different length all over my head. Spare yourself and don't come to this salon. The lady that cut it bragged over and over about how she's been "in the business" for 13 years and how good she was. Just goes to show that anyone can get a cert for cutting hair .

5 🌟's for Lindsay Merlini at Regis Salon in the Altoona Mall!! She captured that bold, edgy look that I was looking for. When I feel comfortable with a stylist, or someone that does my nails, I stay with that person and Im loyal to that person. I don't go any where else. Ladies and Gentleman, come to the Logan Valley Mall and stop in at Regis Salon. And remember to ask for Lindsay M.

Worst experience ever. Lazy unprofessional stylists. They don't even wet your hair before they start cutting it which is a big mistake. Horrible communication, rude. Ruined my hair and my daughters. Do not go here spare yourself the frustration

I am trying to let my hair grow, but needed some split ends cut off. I came to this salon in hopes of getting it done. To ladies ( one with short black hair and blonde bangs, and a redhead) were there. Both were sitting down at their stations messing on their cell phones. I asked to get my hair cut and possible dyed. she asked the girl how long it would take, she said two hours but since they were so busy they would have to schedule me to come back tomorrow. I asked what if i just got it cut, she said i would still have to come back tomorrow. There wasn't any customers in the salon at that moment , yet they had a full schedule. Well seems to me they were more interested in texting or messing around on their cell phones then to have me as a customer. So now i am telling everyone about the horrible experience i had at that store....I will never ever go there again. as far as i am concern those two should be fired. I was there last night 5/5/14 in the evening bout 5-530 pm..NOT HAPPY ONE BIT!!!
