We went there yesterday evening. My husband's hair cut was wonderful. I showed them a picture of how I wanted my hair, she said she could do it. My hair looks AWFUL! She butchered it. I needed a cut because my stylist has been ill. My daughter is getting married on the 16 of this month and I have to hope it will grow out enough so I don't look hideous for her wedding. I could just cry! I had to pay $17.00 for a mess.

Nice staff here. Little disappointed they raised their prices in the year I've been going to them. I make appointments ahead of time so I never have to wait. Kay is the one who I request. Update : 6-25-18 they raised their prices yet again to 18.50!

TERRIBLE! my hair was long she started cutting my hair without asking me how much i wanted cut off, they took off 6 inches of hair! the worker did not ask questions, she did not care, i only wanted at most 2 inches cut off! my sister was asking if they did scalp treatments she says ' no i wont touch dirty scalps' i told her about a rice water hair treatment and that its from a village in china that every girl has long hair her response was ' ew! why would you do that! we live in the usa ,a civilized country we have real hair masks here honey' 'i haven't had a trim in 3 years' i say her responses was "i can tell" this is the kind of experience that makes me nervous about hair cuts!

My little sister who is 12 went here for a trim, and to have her hair thinned out. She then wanted it washed and pulled back into a French briad. This took them an hour and a half with two employees doing the French briad since neither one new how to do this. They then simply put the rest of the back of her hair pulled into a messy bun. They charge $14ish for a cut and style and by the time it was done they charged us $35.00 and the worker said it was $10 for just the braid. They didn’t get a tip and weren’t kind to us. They also made up prices as we asked before what each thing would cost. They didn’t believe us on my sisters age as she looks older but were rude. We didn’t leave a tip for their mediocre job. Don’t recommend if you want a good job at a resealable price.
