The staff is always friendly and welcoming. There are a lot of places in the world which offer a professional quality haircut; it's more rare to find good customer service and a warm welcome which makes you feel like a valued person instead of just a client number. Tropical Expressions manages to do both. I have always been happy with how I look after a haircut, and the staff often goes the extra mile to provide positive social interaction and good customer service. A wide range of services are offered for both men and women.

Went for prom and it was delightful! It was as if I were hanging out with some of my girlfriends and yet quite proffesional. We all just had a great time! I will definitely go again!!!

Waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I was apparently bumped for a wedding party. My wait was not acknowledged by my stylist. The wedding party kept tripping over me and bumping into me in the waiting area. Never got to have my appointment, because after 45 minutes, I walked out. Horrible customer service. Horrible business practices.
