Recently called for an appointment with a stylist Laura and was told she was no longer with them. At my last hair salon, when my stylist left, I received a card in the mail to call for an appointment with other stylists. Was never notified. I asked for an appointment with someone else and the appointment was made, however, I called the day of my appointment to reschedule because of inclement weather and I was not able to get off of my street. I realize it was cancelled last minute, I called twice to talk to someone left messages and nobody called me back. I was an established client and feel I deserve more respect for the amount of money I had spent. There are other things that irritated me about this salon when I made appointments and asked for hair shine applied and would get there and they had no products available, twice they said the order never came. I would not recommend this hair salon.

Natasha is the best hair dresser I ever had. She takes the time to explain your cut and makes sure that you are satisfied.

I was turned down when I walked in for a trim. I asked if they didn't take walk-ins? And they said yes we DO. But it will run me late for next appointment. Hmm. I won't be going back there.
