I have posted one review already and heard nothing but a computer response - I asked for a "trim" just a shape up by Lisa who told me she had 11 years experience - the next thing I know my hair was cut off short and she used clippers with a zero edge and buzzed off the left side of my head - What on Earth!!!! I said what did you do? She bumbled I'm sorry I used zero edge and I'll get the manager - Not much could be done and all the manager said was you won't be charged? I'm a manager and had to go back to work like that? The look was horrible and totally embarrassing? I sent pics and another review to the person who asked days ago and had no response to me? This has been a horrible experience ? I looked for my review from earlier and it's not there?

Nice place located on the inner left-hand side of the shopping plaza. Not too much immediate parking, so you may have to park elsewhere and walk. Usually not too much of a wait and online check-in helps alleviate much of that. Staff are friendly and do a pretty decent job. They usually go by what the last stylist put in the system, so make sure to tell the hairdresser if you have specific requests!

There’s a reason why “Great Clips” is the first and only name that comes into mind when thinking of places that offer haircuts. It’s been here for as long as o can remember. I have a personal liking to the portraits they hang on their wall. They’re quick, tidy, promising, and especially inexpensive. The perfect place to run in and get a trim. You can always schedule online; however, waits are never too long. There’s a vast selection of magazines and hair catalogues, plus a gallery of hair products on display. I’m pretty sure very employee who has ever cut my hair here has been kind. They’re very thorough and are constantly looking for feedback through cuts to make sure everything ends up like you anticipated. A nifty aspect here is the fact that they keep tabs on their customers so the next time you walk in they have an idea of what you’d like. Obviously, the lollipops are a nice touch. I never take any but it’s a nice gesture. Last but not least, you always have to appreciate how kind, gentle, considerate, and talented the employees are. They’re the reason Great Clips is so great. I usually get a woman named Tyler who tends to give the perfect cut every time; however, I think this time it was a woman named Tarah. So yeah, it was the perfect trim. When going for a haircut, this is the obvious place to go.
