I always go to Suzanne's fine cuts (use to be Amy's fine cuts) Jenna usually cuts my hair and does a great job. I will not go anywhere else. Not only is a haircut only $10 but you get a good cut. I would recommend to anyone.

After moving to Bellefonte 6 months ago, I went to Amy's. Loved the way Jenna cut my hair. Will go back and see her every time I need a hair cut, she does a GREAT job!

My husband, 2 daughters, and I all get our hair cut at Amy's Fine cuts. My girls will be 5 soon and have loved going there since their 2nd hair cut at 1 yr old. We always have a great experience. They are very Friendly and great with kids.

Not only was the haircut bad, but the entire experience was horrible. I asked for an inch trimmed off, and very little layering. As she was cutting, she wasn't taking time to gently comb out little knots so she was roughly tugging them all out. Not that big of a deal, but not a pleasant hair cut. She kept flipping chunks of wet hair over straight into my face, and when she would spray with water she didn't bother covering my face with her hand so my face got sprayed a lot. Then I could tell she was cutting a lot off, as I was seeing 3 or 4 inches falling off. (My hair had already been lightly layered, so really all parts should only get an inch cut at this point). I didn't say anything, I figured it was too late. When she was done, I could see that I had very heavy layering, and in the front the layering was very choppy, leaving me with a bunch of hair about 5 or 6 inches shorter surrounding my face (and not even tapered down, just cut straight off this way). And with one side slightly longer than the other side. I am very disappointed.

In and out, I tried a new look and had no complaints with the result. For ten bucks you can't beat it; I've had much worse cuts in twice the time for twice the money.
