I've been going here for years and usually make my appointmemts with the hairdresser Sarah. Even when presented with a new challenge she knows how to tackle the task. She checks that you're satisfied and does her best to accommodate you. She has a bubbly personality, has a smile on, and treats her clients with dignity and respect. Overall the place has good options for products and has reasonable prices. Check it out!

Holiday Hair, especially this particular "salon", is a JOKE. I took my son here in hopes to get a haircut this week, we didn't have an appointment but seeing as Holiday Hair advertises as walk-in's welcome and we were out and about already and in that area, I decided to stop in. When we walked in, there were 3 people working a chair, only 1 had a client and nobody was waiting to be seen. However, the woman kept insisting they were booked with appointments. Additionally, if that was the case, no alternative options were offered (like a better time to come back), just a flat out "no". This is the second consecutive time this has happened to me at this particular "salon". I rarely ever make an appointment for my son because he's young and doesn't really have much hair to cut. They should advertise more accurately as "walk-in's unwelcome". Clearly the work ethic and professional expectations are very low and I refuse to give this business my money. I wish I could give this place a well deserving 0 stars.

The hair dresser I had been seeing there has now since left. Nevertheless, I think that it was a nice place to go and I thought everyone was friendly and very accommodating.

The woman named Sara was very rude. Kept insisting I have lice despite it being dandruff. You'd think a hair dresser would be able to tell the difference. Not this one, though. After telling her several times that I DO NOT HAVE LICE and being cut off by her saying "we're not allowed to cut your hair if you have lice, etc" I went to speak with my mother and of course, she interupted with the same things. If I could rate this zero stars, I would. I ended up walking out because of how rude she was. My mother and father were going to get their haircut as well so they lost three customers today, and hopefully more in the future. We will not be going back. The last few times I told them that I do not want my hair to be buzzed and they did it anyways. Do yourselves a favor and just go somewhere else, please. You'll thank me.

Sarah is a wonderful stylist. I have been going to her for over 10 years. The people in the salon are friendly and helpful.
