Awful I went in there to get a hair cut for my son the girl at the front desk looked like she needed a hair cut. She was unfriendly un motivated to smile. Half the workers there looked tired and old not a friendly atmosphere. I didn't feel comfortable the atmosphere was so dead. Walked out after the front desk girl was so unfriendly .

I paid $80 for my daughter to get highlights and we left with the same hair color she went in with. I didn't have time to discuss this at the shop at the time due to her needing to be somewhere. I don't think I should have been charged for the color when no color was changed. She was told the blonde wouldn't take because of her hair being dark so it would be a honey color. Yea no it was as dark brown as her natural hair. I have the same color hair and got highlights at the this shop and there was no issue about my hair not taking because of it being dark. The honey color would have been fine as it would have been noticeable with her dark hair, but she literally has a piece that is a different color. Terrible to even charge for it.
