I went to first impressions for the first time for a full set and I will never go back again. The tech that did my nails did an extremely sloppy job. I showed multiple pictures of the shape I wanted but I left with a shape that looked nothing like the pictures, in fact almost every nail is a different shape from the rest. Im not sure if the nail tech was rushing or she just didn't know what she was doing but she didn't use the dremel tool on the underneath of my nails, so now the acrylic is literally stuck to my fingers and it is extremely uncomfortable and unattractive (I'll take a picture and post it with this). Also, she got the nail polish itself all over my fingers and didn't bother to wipe it off, and I think this was because her own nails were done and she didn't want to mess hers up. When she was painting mine there was a fuzzy in the middle of one of the nails and instead of wiping it off first, she just painted over it so now theres a bump in the nail. I just have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon before and not only that, but the set was $20 more than any other salon I've ever been to. I should have said something before I left but I was just taken aback by the entire experience. So disappointed, I never will be back.

I love First Impressions! Jamie does my hair right every time. I love my purple highlights, and it is reasonably priced.
