I had gotten partial highlights today and let me tell you, the experience was amazing! Where to begin... the salon is clean and very professional, staff is friendly, my stylist, Kristen, was knowledgeable, talkative, and sweet. She had chosen a color to really blend well with my hair in refernence to some pictures that I showed her. She basically spent 3 hours on me! It isn’t like your average hair salon where you walk in, they seat you, quickly give you a trim then you’re all done. They actually put time and effort into fulfilling your needs and making you walk out with a new, perfect style. I felt very welcome and invited. I’m overall pleased with my results and I will definitely be returning along with referring my family/friends. I’m happy to say sometimes spending a little extra money is worth it in the end!

I really enjoy the atmosphere of Iron Roots. Since it's a smaller, local business it feels more personable. You get to really know your stylist, and it seems like the stylists enjoy working there which is always inviting. Not only do I always love how my hair looks, the stylists are also great with children. My 4 year old had such a great experience and asks when she can go back again.

Kasey was amazing! Listened to what I wanted and walked me through the process before hand and, made suggestions. She was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Iron Roots. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. The salon is reasonably priced.

Well, I have to say I feel a little stupid, I am usually an excellent judge of character, Maybe it was all the excitement of my daughter's prom, Most likely it's just that the hairdressers that work there were to busy to show there petty, ignorant, immature jr high school selves. I actually called these women "true professionals" WOW Was I distracted...LOL, joking aside, 2nd visit my wife planned to be a mother-daughter day, it has been a long time since that's happened, unfortunately, my wife has been struggling with severe depression, anxiety, all contributing to what is essentially a nervous breakdown.....another reason why this was so needed. As a result of those things and the medication used for them, you tend to display odd or unusual traits such as talking fast, not being able to sit still , etc , well those I mistakenly call Professional decide they would make a joke out of it, and start teasing my 17 yr old daughter about her mom being on drugs while talking about it like she wasn't even there. Grown women acting like they were back in jr high. The level of immaturity displayed suggests a lifestyle of entitlement syndrome with a heavy dose of denial. 1/2 star out of 10. Highly unrecommended. And that never happens..... Horrible business. My daughter came here as part of her prom prep, they did such a great job my wife now has an appointment to have a bunch of stuff done... my wife never trusts anyone else to do those things. That says a lot. Everyone is friendly, personable, they know everything there is to know about hair, hairstyles, makeup etc. ... if yoyou'reot happy with the people you go to now you owe it to yourself to make an appointment and experience the difference true professionals make.

Anastasia was great! My hair looked terrible before, it was light brown on top and almost a blackish brown at the bottom. As you can see, my hair looks amazing in the pictures. Will be going back!
