I have gone back to this hole in the wall with inexperienced stylist entirely too many times with terrible results. Every EVERY single time I've had to come home and see the butcher job they've done to the back of my head. Missing chunks of hair etc. It's not that hard to do a high and tight. Pretty sure that should be the first thing they teach you in beauty school. If you want results like this place gives for male haircuts, you might as well stick your head under a lawn mower. Ray Charles could have done a better job time and time again, if only he wasn't dead!

Received the worst service of my life from Heather Donatti. She was super rude, seemed very uninterested in what I was explaining to her of what I wanted done to my hair. I wanted to go here because they have a good pricing and I definitely got what I paid for. I learned my lesson. Apparently cheaper prices means a crappy hair cute and over processed high lights. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Horrible service. I took my 4 year old daughter in for a quick trim after we were done shopping... the women were so unfriendly, so unprofessional, and they downright STANK of cigarette smoke. Mind you, I understand that “you get what you pay for.” BUT, the actual trim was done well! It was what happened after the haircut that was most horrible... this lady asked my FOUR YEAR OLD what her favorite color was. She said “pink,” and before I even knew why she asked, she started rooting in her drawer for what she said were “sparkles.” I just assumed she had some sort of sparkle hairspray or something. Within a few seconds she was DUMPING craft glitter onto my daughters scalp!!! C R A F T. G L I T T E R. I was morified. I put my best friendly smile on, payed, and ran out of there. Needless to say, there is glitter EVERYWHERE. It’s in my daughters eyes, all over her face, clothes, bed... literally everywhere. Her scalp is blotchy and red and her eyes are red from rubbing the glitter out. I am SO confused as to what adult would ever, EVERRRR not feel the need to ask a toddler client’s parent for permission to do something like that!!! I will be sure to make everyone I know aware of the situation and I will never return.

Two separate times in a row I was ignored and passed over for people who just walked right up to stylists even though I was “registered in the book”. Wanted a haircut not a waste of time.

My wife and kids (4, 6, and 8) get their hair done here. I have taken my kids to other places in the area but this has been the fairest in price and best in quality for kids haircuts. my wife refuses to go anywhere else as she said this is the only place that gets her hair color the way she likes it. I have long hair and still growing it so I don't get haircuts cant remember the last time I did. but everybody else in my family likes this place and I like the results.
