LOVE LOVE LOVE MY HAIRCUT. As a busy mother of two I never “plan” a haircut. So I found myself near this Hair Cuttery 2 weeks ago on a Friday night with 30 minutes to spare. So I popped in and the stylist and I discussed my cutting requests and I let her know of my time constraints. Here I am 2 weeks later and it is worth my time to write how pleased I still am with my cut and the services. Thanks

My first time here was a bad experience. However, I've been working with Sloan ever since to fix the issues, and she's a GEM!! I love her so much. We're so on the same page, and she's just so pleasant!! Really love this place because of her.

I asked for trim got almost all of my hair cut off. I don't know what they didn't get. It is definitely one of the worst haircuts I have ever seen on anyone

THE WORSE HAIR CUTTERY!!! I went in to get 1 inch trimmed off my long layered hair. When she was done my hair was above my shoulders. They refused to give me a refund and the stylist continued to insist that she only took 1 to 1 1/2 inches off! I even showed her a picture prior to show her what I wanted. She left me with no hair style whatsoever. And when I went back to try to get a refund another customer even pointed out that the back was uneven and the manager had to fix it. The stylist was so nonchalant about butchering my hair! Worst experience ever! Will never return and will warn everyone I know not to go there!
