1/5 ★'s because I couldn't give 0/5.. 1) I arrived @ 7:51 on August 19, 2017 and I was turned away because, apparently, the store hours on Saturday are 8AM - 8PM. (I know, right?) 2) Today (August 26, 2017) I arrived approximately 45 minutes ago @ 7:46pm and was turned away again and I was once more told that the hours are 8AM - 8PM. But unlike the last time, I pointed to the clock on the wall which said 7:48pm and clarified that it wasn't 8pm yet. However, they said there was nothing they could do because they were already shut down. Kind of funny that the clock on the wall and the clock on my cellphone were the exact same but, according to the employees, somehow my time & their time was "wrong". I wouldn't have minded if they would have been honest and just said they closed a little early because they were slow or whatever, but to blatantly lie about something so miniscule is just shameful & petty. Furthermore, I'm a guy, I never require my hair to be washed or styled, and it always takes less that 10 minutes to cut my hair. I've been going to this salon for about 5 years but I won't be returning. These little walk-in salons are a dime-a-dozen and if I'm going to be charged $16.50 for less than 10 minutes of work then I'm going to patronize one that takes better care of their customers.
