I love the look of the salon and the environment, but I am not super pleased... I got a gel manicure not even a week ago and within 3-4 days the nail polish started peeling back. They also didn't do much filing/shaping of my nails, which would be fine but not for what the gel manicure is priced at. I was so excited to actually get a good quality gel for once but this is worse than the last place I went...and that was much cheaper. All the staff seem super nice though.

Everyone is so pleasant and its very comfortable in there, so welcoming! My 1st time in there was amazing. I don't like to say bad things but I paid alot of money to get my hair cut, I went with a higher tier so that I had someone with more experience but it didnt help. I had long hair and got it cut off. My new haircut is so chopped and stepped it's crazy. I was very surprised when I got home a realized how my haircut really looked. I did get a harder haircut, but I'd rather be told they aren't comfortable with that cut than attempt it. Other than that the place is amazing and makes you feel right at home, that's why I still gave 3 stars!

I went to the Jenny’s for the first time back in March. Two months later, my hair is still repairing from the damage the stylist caused. When I was at the salon, I really didn’t love the color and it looked a little off in my bangs. When I went home, I could tell that the stylist damaged my hair. I’m not sure if she processed the color too long in combination with too much heat. My hair was so damaged I couldn’t even go to another salon to fix it until it was semi-healthy. Because of this, I actually had some of the my hair in my bang section break off. I had to buy deep conditioning masks and use Biotin supplements to help my hair get heathy. When you spend $140 with a tier 4 stylist, you really don’t expect for 2 inches of your bangs to fall out. I understand that you might get a hair color or cut that’s not your favorite when you’re going to a stylist for the first time, but I’ve been getting my hair colored for 10 years and never had my hair fall out because a stylist over processed my color and applied too much heat. Maybe the stylist had an off day but I’ll never be going back.

I used to go to Jennys Salon, however I will not be returning. The stylists are talented and do a great job... but the owner is the reason I no longer recommend this salon to anyone. By mistake her daughter turned my hair orange and Jenny had offered to fix it the night before I left for a trip... which is a nice gesture in itself, but Jenny then went on to make a Facebook Live video of this and in the video she says that I had called the salon in a panic late at night begging them to fix it before my boyfriend who was deployed in the military returned home. I am 18 years old, do not have a boyfriend in the military and did not call the salon. When I asked Jenny if I could make a post thanking her I was told not to because people would make the connection that her story was made up. I don’t agree with making up false stories to try to bring attention to your business... especially not when it involves deployment of someone in the military. Not cool!

Do not go here. This place is so fake. All the comments are from people that work there. The advertising posts are made up and the owner is the one that does it! Do not go here this place is awful.
