I used to love Supercuts: it was very convenient, very friendly and very professional. I was always happy with how my hair turned out. However, now it has been impossible to get an appointment. I have come in on varying days and times and each time I am told there is an hours wait whether it is packed or appears slow. Just last night I came in at 6:50 for a color (no cut) as they were open until 9:00 p.m.. The shift supervisor told the person at the front that, "IF she wants a color THEN she needs to be here by 6:30 at the latest" . I then went to another salon who closed at 8:00 p.m. who happily offered to do my hair for me.

Never wait more than 10 minutes. Always do a great job on my grandson hair who is 6 and my granddaughter who is 3. Kids really enjoy them and its hard for them with mental issues. Great with kids.

Great service. Came in with my daughter 30 min before they closed. Styled my daughters hair and a cut for me. Very professional and great attitudes. Definitely would go back.

Short wait even though they were busy. Was a walk in for cut and color. Marina did a great job! Color turned out very nice and the cut was exactly what I had asked for.

Went in for a quick trim to sharpen my hair line edges before a wedding I have tomorrow, all I asked was to fade the sides and back of my hair, without even asking me and to my displeasure, the stylist decides to shave my beard. I was horrified, I haven’t shaved my beard in over 15 years!!!!! And now I’m stuck looking mortified and have to shave it off! I’m sick over what she did! And now I don’t even want to go out in public until it grows back!! To say the least I don’t even want to go to the wedding! I never asked for a beard trim! I don’t care if her thought was in the right place! Ask the customer first before doing something not asked to do!!!!! I’ll never go back there EVER!!! I’m SICK AND DISGUSTED OVER THIS!!!
