If I'm going to pay $3 extra for the "master stylist" the least I expect is that they are able to cut a decent fade. Especially when I said, "who ever is confident in cutting a good fade." This is an terrible fade. Now I get to look ridiculous for the next two weeks. One side is decent... the other side is awful. How can you let someone walk out looking like this? Oh, and of course they were sure to let me know how to leave a tip on the pin pad...

I went there for the first time 2 days ago. It was a very unwelcoming atmosphere to begin with. Staff was unpleasant. I felt like more of a nuisance than a customer. My request was simple; to cut some length off and some layers. Each side was uneven. When i told her that the right side was longer than the left, she told me "that's how it's supposed to be, because that's where you part your hair." What???? Also, did not give me layers, just weird longer strands all over the place. I was highly upset. Also did not dry my hair. If anyone is reading this, this is NOT the place you want to get your hair cut at. The Legion Hair Studio, formerly Lordes & Ladies, in Harrisburg, is the place to go to get your hair cut. If you're from dillsburg its about a half hour drive but it is 100% worth it. Some of the nicest people I've ever met, welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding work.

Ask for a simple hair cut for my 6 year old boy,it was a under cut style. They made it un even lines was not even the same place on each sides. I just ended up just having them cut it all one Length very unhappy about it.i could of done that at home and not paid 15$.

I had the most wonderful experience here. My stylist was Jami she was so sweet with my little one running around. My daughter and I got one of the best haircuts for the price. I'd drive an hour just to see her. I'm sooo happy. Just love her.

I just had the worst experience at Holiday Hair in Dillsburg, I'd give the rating a negative 10. A girl by the name of Morgan, with green hair, gave my 5yo a hair cut. We told her that he loved his curls and wants to keep them, just to trim him up. My son was very well behaved during the hair cut and she was so incredibly rude to him. I've never met anyone in that profession quite like her. He would scratch his neck and she'd say "stop moving or I'll give you a bad hair cut". He's move his head to the side and she'd say "I told you to stop moving!" She said that the whole way through the hair cut, and he wasn't moving much at all. She ended up cutting all of his curls off. When I checked out, I said to Morgan "we won't be coming back, if you're working with the public you should try to be nice to your customers". She said "if you were a better Mom, he'd have a better haircut". WHAT the!?!? I was so upset! The other hair dressers kept apologizing for her, saying that she's stressed and has anxiety. On our way to Giant, my son was in tears, I was also in tears and he said "why was she so mean to and why did she cut all of my curls?". I told him that maybe she was having a bad day. I decided to come back and ask for a refund. Morgan was hiding in the back. Coward. It would've been nice to have an apology from her. The rest of the staff were very nice and extremely apologetic. They called corporate while I was gone and told me to do the same. They were very embarrassed for her. I should pray for her, but I'm too upset right now to do it. Maybe later...
