They are absolutely disgraceful and having worse dealing with customer. I sat there around an hour and then mention me we have already customer in list in a very rude way which shocked me. If you don't want to cut my hair that's fine but after a long wait you just excuse without any solid reason which makes,me angry. They need to improve customer service and giv respect to everyone regardless of any thing ... thanks

I AM A TOTAL SPAZ ABOUT MY HAIR AND AM VERY PARTICULAR ! Who isn't ? Our hair frames our face and gives us our overall look. I had a horrible cut done by my stylist of 9 years and needed my "hair cut totally fixed". I went to Tanya. And it was the day of my 20th year high school reunion. I got the best, most flattering cut of my life ! My husband constantly compliments my hair, he's like you look reinvented. He says it's a "sexy cut", I agree. I love that, "it lays perfect everyday". If I air dry it for 10 mins. I can now blow dry it AND straighten it in less than 7 mins. YES your are reading it correctly 7 minutes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TANYA FOR THE BEST HAIR CUT EVER. One last thing: to Robin who wrote a review right after mine- I seriously doubt that happened at all. Trash parks their car wherever they want in the shopping center. You parked in the " fire lane" shame on you ! Your anger should be directed to the laundromat not at Best Cuts. Their name is what they do.

This place is the worse I use to be a customer there and stop going when I realized they were openly racist. They have no shame and it makes our neighborhood look bad I was there for 2 incidents where they made me say I can't come back. The first one a young black girl was parking her car to unload laundry with her younger daughter a heavy younger girl can t remember her name got upset that parked in front of the shop and tried to hit her while she was holding her child it was so embarrassing and they called the cops and of course the cops did nothing because it was stupid. Then another time almost the same thing again with another black women parked her car in front the shop the shop an older lady with blonde hair was rude and racist towards her that was it for me ..and what's funny if I didn't see it with my own eyes I wouldn't have believed it a white guy parked his car in the same spot they said nothing no cops were called...and to top they that they are horrible at cutting they cut my hair way too short so if you want a good cut good service and non racist actions/remarks I suggest you not go to this place they either need new workers or to be shut down seriously they are making our n neighborhood look bad
