Very unhappy with this place since Katie left. Found Nikki who was really friendly and a good stylist after Katie, but she's gone now too. Apparently Pam's gone too. I tried someone new today and it was one of the worst haircuts and experiences I've ever had. Sue really didn't have the time to give me a decent haircut. She had an appointment behind me and told the woman who was waiting "Don't worry, I'll be 10 minutes". Amazing what a mess a stylist can make in 10 minutes. Never again. Don't want to go back and see if she can fix it either. If anyone knows where Katie or Nikki went, please tell me!

Janet Tuckett, Nikki went to Eden Salon and Day Spa down the road! She’s still in Trappe. I clearly followed her there. I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair. Plus, the atmosphere at Eden is amazing compared to this Hair Cuttery!

Left this salon very upset! Went in for just a trim and the lady doing my hair spent the whole time trying to convince me to add highlights to my hair. I very clearly stated that I didn't want to color my hair in any way. She then continued to ask everyone else in the salon "don't you think her hair is perfect for high lights?". I have never been so upset after getting my hair done and do not feel comfortable going back to this salon

I’ve worked in that location for 8 months I. Saw the train of people leaving. I guess before I got there it was Leah and Katie. Then Joan left. Then a girl names Caitlin left out of the blue let’s see them it was Nikki she went eden then Kayla she’s at Supercuts then it was Bobs turn he gave weeks he went to the lansdale pavilion then comes Alex she went to cut kids hair In Exton. Then the big bomb drops amy gets moved to limerick for a hairstylist position. Then when we thought it was cool one Tuesday night Pam says I’m gone I’m done. So now it’s my time I left this morning I’m closer to home in Exeter. So this is what happened to your staff from Trappe Sue and Kelly are still there.

Depending on when you go and which stylist you get, you can get a really amazing haircut or a really bad one. Because I have a non-traditional work schedule, I have to fit haircuts in when I have a spare moment. Invariably one of the 2 stylists I like isn't on schedule when I'm free, so it's a crap shoot whether I exit happy or not. It is cheap. I like that.
