Went there one time and had a great experience with a great stylist, so your experience is totally dependent on which stylist you get. That being said I went there today to get my hair dyed and the person who did it got the hair dye all over my skin on the top of my forehead and got a couple marks on my cheek. Not sure if she noticed, I asked if the dye would come off of my skin and she said she had a chemical that would make it come out no problem. Well apparently "they changed" their dye remover so she couldn''t get it out. Totally unapologetic and kind of rude the whole time. I could have dyed my hair at home and not gotten dye visibly staining the skin on my FACE. I'll have to be desperate to come back here.

Holiday Hair gets a very bad reputation from some people but I've only had one situation where I felt that I got a bad haircut. Other than that I've really been pleased for the several years that I've been going there. I'm the type of person that Waits until the last minute until my hair is driving me nuts until I get a haircut and some hair salons don't take walk-ins but Holiday Hair usually has openings.

1 inch does not equal 4 inches!! It took me forever to grow my hair the way I wanted with careful trimming from someone who actually knew what they were doing and actually listened to a paying customer. You guys will never be getting my business again. I recommend you guys learn to listen to the customers about there OWN hair! Not do what you want to the paying customers hair.
