The staff was incredibly friendly and the environment was inviting. My first time there and I was a walk in for a cut/complete style change. Brittany did an amazing job.. I got quite a few inches cut off and love my new cut. I'll definitely go back maybe for a cut and color next time.

I got my hair done at Creative Attitudes for a wedding - and it was a really great experience. Everyone at the salon was friendly and dealt incredibly well with the chaos of managing an entire bridal party's hair styling. Brittany did my hair and I was so happy with the results! I was worried my hair would be too short for the style I wanted (a braid crown) but she made it work and it looked really lovely. It also lasted me all day, even through an outdoor wedding in the pouring rain! Everyone looked great, so major thanks to Brittany, Crystal, and Alyssa for being a part of my friend's big day and doing such a wonderful job. 10/10, would recommend.

This is conveniently located near my home, people are extremely nice and warm. This is the only salon I will go to because my hair stylist knows how to do my hair the way I like it.

1st time I had been to this place was about a month ago. 1st visit was an amazing experience thanks to Brittany and Alissa. Got my daughter haor cut and stylied by Brittany. Was very satisfied. Alissa did a full head foil and dyed my hair. Loved it turned out amazing. Fast forward to today. I loved my experience so much that my niece wanted her hair done with pink highlights. So i called in a week ago asking since she has darker hair i knew it wouldnt show up as bright as she wanted so i book for the 2 step process (strip to blonde then add the pink). Unfortunately we didnt get the 2 step as booked she just got the pink which didnt show up well. Upon completeion and goin to check out i was unsatisfied and asked why i didnt receive the services i had asked for. The receptionist proceeds to get the one owner Crystal. Crystal responded with "Well, no one tied her to the chair and forced her!" In a very ignorant and very rude way. No one offered to reschedule the appointment to correct the issue nor was i offered to reschedule before my niece sat down in the chair. Very unsatisfied. Will not return to this salon simply because of Crystal and how rude she is. Maybe some managment classes is what Crystal needs.
