The Men's hair cut was bad! The basic thing that you would expect is that the hair cut is done symmetrically (left and right should be even). By the time i left the place, the my left side was very short and the right side was a medium. The biggest mistake was that my left side burn was not there anymore but he left my right side burn exactly they way it was. I had to go back home and use a trimmer to even everything out!

The place is filthy. The beautician area had chunks of hair on a towel with her scissors on it. I asked if she would change the towel. She turned it around. During the hair die she didn't use a cotton and the color was dripping all over me. After, I had to ask to have the color wiped off my neck and face. The beautician read my past highlight information wrong and died my whole head highlights. I went from dark brunette to blond with red tints. I was furious. The beauticians said it looked great and I just needed to get used to it. Horrible experience!!!!!

I was surprised to see torn pamphlet with only a few options of styles. That too after asking for 2-3 times. One of their associates was very rude while talking to my kid she had been almost shouting. Hair cut was not satisfactory as well. Other associates had been nice who served other family member of mine.
