Walked in waited roughly 15 minutes, I got my wash and cut. I'm allergic to shampoos with sulfates yet they do have sulfate-free products.

I was there yesterday, showed the stylist a picture of blonde hair with blended lowlights. I walk out with streaky blonde highlights with black bluish hair! Horrible and never again! Follow up: Michelle the manager was wonderful and fixed my hair!!! She was so professional and willing to make it right!

My husband went there today for a fade and he didn't notice until he was home with his hat off that she didn't do one whole side or back side. It looks horrible. How do you miss one whole side?
