There was an incident at this place that involved a hair stylist. In this process, my glasses were scratched while getting a haircut, but the hair stylist denies it even though I watched her do it. I will not name her into the investigation is complete, but it's been 2 weeks and this has fallen on deaf ears. My vision is getting missed up due to the damage on my eyeglass lens. Every attempt made via phone is promised by CSR Amy by a call back, but no phone call is every returned. You need to stop being so careless in this salon. I will be not be going back to this location. If I need to escalate this to the next level, I will...

We have been coming here for haircuts and getting our hair dyed many times before and we still continue going here as regular clients pretty often! I would recommend this salon to anyone 100% I have also gotten what I asked for and left satisfied at all times so if you are looking for hairstylist/hairdresser who will listen this is the place to go!!!!!

Do not get your eyebrows waxed there. I have been there twice (within 2 months of each other) with completely different outcomes. I have naturally bushy eyebrows and the first time I went I asked to have them thinned out a little bit but they were only cleaned up but I was not upset because I'm use to them being bushy. The next time I asked to have them cleaned up and thinned just a bit and what was left was less than half of my eyebrow. The worst part is the eyebrow hairs that should have been waxed are still there and most of the brow is gone. They're so thin at the ends it looks like pencil lines. I was in such shock I couldn't even say anything.

I forgot the woman’s name, but she did an amazing job. She framed my face, double and triple checked her work, and was very nice and gentle. I went for a wash, cut and style.
