She is very unprofessional. She told me it was $120 for box braids. I went to the shop & her staff over charged me $15 for the 3rd pack of hair, which they only used a little bit of the 3rd pack of hair on my head. Aita the owner was supposed to do my hair but she had someone else do it . That woman who did my hair was not taking her time to do my hair. It seem like she was trying to rush to go home . The ending of my braids came out horrible she barley even braided the ending, she was getting lazy. Then when i made a complaint to the owner she was very rude & disrespectful to me & did not have no courtesy nor did not listen to my concern.

Aita did my hair in a very timely manner My appointment was at 10 :00am My box braids were finished by 2:15pm. The prices were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this place for women seeking to get their hair braided.

One star and I'm being generous! She is not true to her business hours. I wanted to get my hair done for my school pictures and she is the only one out here. However, she didn't show up! We tried to call and text her and received no answer! The last time I was here she was on the phone practically yelling in my ear! Extremely unprofessional. Don't waste your time.
