Have been coming to Eikon for years. Love Alexis and the rest of the staff. Besides great coloring and hair cutting, I always feel so welcome!

Eikon has been my salon since it opened and I can tell you that they are friendly, talented, and do their best to accommodate my schedule when making appointments. All around great salon. No complaints!!

Really good overall experience. I called to make an appointment, and the lady who answered the phone was borderline rude. She seemed to be very rushed. Stephen made up for her manners though when I came in for my appointment. He was welcoming, a great conversationalist, knew his products inside and out. He let me know exactly what he was using and the benefits. I got color on my hair and I was so pleased with the results, I went back in to get it even darker. I ended up going too dark (it was not Steve's fault, it was mine. I picked the shade). I decided to go back a few days later to get it lightened back up a bit. Steve told me "It was on the house, he wanted his clients to go out of his salon happy." I thought this was exceptional, considering it was not his fault at all. The final hair dry and style, however, was not up to par, however. I have received 'blow outs' from other upscale salons and this did not even compare. My hair was blown dry and then he used a flat iron to style. I prefer a blow out (bouncy and full) to the completely flat straight look. I thought the flat iron was the easy way out as blow outs take a little more time. I asked if he did blow outs, and he said something about a keratin blow out..but never went any further with it. This place has a cool atmosphere and funky dressed hair stylist (which I like). Coffee and water is offered to sip on while you get your hair done, which is always a nice touch. Overall, good experience. Would definitely go back.
