Kayla is awesome at her job! My hair always looks and feels so amazing after she is finished. She is very professional and helpful with picking out products.

I called to 3 different locations today to get a haircut and this was the only place that didn't have a wait. I now understand why they did not have a wait. Mary was my "master stylist" today and not a single part of the experience I had with her was enjoyable. It began with her awkward attempts at small talk. When I explained to her what I wanted to do with my hair today she told me what she wanted to be done to my hair today and ignored my requests. Two snips in and I asked her to stop and I told her that I didn't trust her with my hair and that I didn't think we were communicating effectively. She talked me in to staying but by the time I realized what a horrible cut she had given me it was too late to go back. I left right after she had me remove my own hair from my head with my hands. While I didn't have to pay money for the haircut, I will have to pay for it by having a terrible haircut. I will never ever go back to this holiday hair and I will suggest that Mary find a different profession because hair styling is obviously not something that she is good at.
