I had let a very nice professional dye job grow out to the point where it was very faded. I went into the salon to see if i could get it colored back to my natural color.(very dark brown). When I went to make an appointment the lady behind the counter was very rude to me and tryed to convince me that she could not color over "bleached hair" I wasn't looking for anything fantastic just a simple dye (i needed a demi color and then perm. color treatment but it seemed easy enough) She told me that if i wanted i could make and appointment but she couldn't promise anything (being very rude and sarcastic the whole time like she couldn't be bothered by me ! ) I really needed my hair done so i figured i would look past it and go get it done anyway. I sent my mother into the shop to make the appointment for me. when she had come back she was in shock at how the lady treated her! She told me that she was Very rude to her and that it almost seemed like she didn't want me as a client! I was outraged to be rude to me is one thing but to be rude to my mother is a whole nother story! How does this place make any money treating potential custmers like that. To make a long story short i went back and let the lady know how unhappy i was in a not so nice manner (a little heavy handed i admit but she was speaking to my mother in a level of disrespect that needed attention ((imagin them speaking to your mother that way)) To make a long story short . I was told they couldn't color a dark color over a light color even thought it was professionaly done . I went to the Holiday hair a few doors down and they did what i needed to have done quickly and with out any issues . Its been a week now and my color is holding fast like i knew it would and the lady at hairexpress swore it wouldn't . Don't waste your money just go to Holiday hair and save yourself the cash and the headach.
