The staff is friendly, wait times are low, and prices are good. I have never gone here and hated my hair afterward. My only complaint is the same as most chain-salons I have been to: you can never get the same stylist twice. When you go to a salon that is not part of a chain, you get the person who knows your hair best every time, but you pay an arm and a leg.

The worker was assigned a hair style. She didn't do it correct even though she knew what she was sypposed to do. She sent me out looking like trash. She then fixed it and it was better but not what I was supposed to get. There are some workers there that are good. I want to see more than what I got done.

Clean store, efficient workers. Went for a trim and asked for a certain cut. Was pleased that I was asked several times if the length was good, or did I want more cut off. She was courteous and professional and I will be sure to return.
