Not good- first the stylest went over the price for what I was requesting, and had me sign a paper verifying that I understand, but it came across very rude when worded, "are you sure you really want to do this?" Then when rinsing my hair she asked if I wanted some special deep conditioner, I said no thanks, but she did applied it and charged me $10 for it anyway. My highlights have 2 bleed spots, and my cut had a few chunks of uneven hair that I had to cut off after I got home. Aside from the mediocre hair, the stylest kept talking about all this depressing stuff that had happened in her life, and about how much she hated her job. I guess that's what I get for a walk in at a Walmart.

The staff turnover rate is crazy! Too many bad haircuts by people who have too little experience.

They are really good at heloing you decide a style that fits your face. Alomg with touchup and getting it even as well they do good dye jobs and if they dont have something in there u like they will refer you to another item in a store that cheaper but just as good.

What I assume is the person in charge was so incredibly rude to me. If you can, I advise you to go to the Edinboro salon instead. They're kind and heaven forbid, if the wait time is over two hours, they won't act like you're an inconvenience. I wasn't even seated in a chair and i'm already completely turned off by such arrogance.
