I was a victim of a bad "perm". My hair looked like I placed a mop on my head (no lie).
I went to Wal-Mart's Smart Style Salon in Latrobe and explained to them what was going on. THE WONDERFUL STAFF there, consulted with me, and then directed me to an AWESOME stylist named Kassie Blotzer.....lemme tell you people, she was absolutely amazing in every way, she was so great with explaining what happened with my "bad perm" and explained what she was going to do to try and fix it. She did a deep conditioning on my hair first, and then proceeded to put the rods in and talk with me1 about everything right down to my grandchild. She was so personable and that relaxed me, (since I just went thru a bad experience) I told her that I give her full reign to do what she felt she had to do in order to make my hair "normal" again. Lemme tell you people....SHE NAILED IT! I was so excited when I saw my hair for the first time, I almost cried. Now that I've washed it, it just got better. So, with all this being said, THANK YOU SO MUCH KASSIE BLOTZER FOR AN ABSOLUTE BEAUTIFUL JOB!
