It's okay but there are better barbers around. Some of the stylists here just zone out and don't listen to you. Hair cuts here have been hit or miss depending on who you get. Consider going elsewhere.

I visited this place for months and I never leave the store with the hair cut I wanted. I show them pictures and everything but they never pay attention when your explaining what haircut I want. There's only one stylist who cuts my hair perfectly, Jesse. But I rarely get to have a appointment because every person wants her because she's the only one doing a amazing job.

Don't bother using the online 'check in' because it doesn't get you any quicker service. You check in online - show up and as you're sitting there waiting for your turn they take other people ahead of you anyway. It was convenient since my bus stops there daily, but I'll be looking for another place for my haircuts.

I luv Jess. Don't get haircut if she's not there. Use app to see who's working and when next availability of the stylist you want. Even though you have timed appointment, you may have to wait a little.

The staff are friendly but most are not very experienced, you have to find one or two who know what they're doing and stick with them, otherwise I have no complaints
