Service was been refused and most important thing, the lady should know customer service is also equally important along with business. Very rude in behavior. I travelled almost 40 min for hair cut n was excited to get it done. And she refused for a service saying she has a another customer. And I got to wait for 45 min for drying my hair after cut. And she didn’t had humbleness in her voice. I would say super cut or other hair crafting shops will be much better when it comes to service at least they know to behave nice. Disappointed, I would never suggest this place to any one like I was suggested Let me remind you I wasn’t walk in I travelled 40 min just because you were referred and I arrived at 4:10. With the scheduled appointment and informed lady about arriving 10 min late too. Moreover there is a way of communicating to the customer

Best hair cut I have had so far. Love how bouncy and full my hair looks now. Thanks to Munaza

This is the proper way to get a hair cut. Munaza makes what normally is an inconvenience a pleasure. I’m glad my hair grows fast so I can go every other week!!!!

Best Keratin treatment ever!!! It's a few more minutes drive from my place but I always find it worth driving. She is very much dedicated to her work.

Eminence Salon and Spa is the best Aveda salon in the area! It’s a full service salon that can meet all your needs including eye brow threading, and all at reasonable pricing! Munaza is a thorough professional with a strong work ethic. She puts her heart and soul into her work and leaves you feeling completely satisfied with the end to end experience. Give a try to her amazing facial ( and don’t be afraid if you have extra sensitive skin like mine and always shy away from it!!). She also does a great job with her Mani-Pedi, waxing and Keratin! She has a loyal set of repeat Keratin clients for a reason! Eminence is a Chadds Ford gem and is only a short drive away from Wilmington, West Chester, Kennett Square etc. If you on the fence, just visit once and you will not feel like going anywhere else!
