Always a great experience! Friendly, professional staff and excellent stylists. Lots of recent upgrades to decor, which only makes the salon even more inviting.

Leah O. has done my hair for years. I always feel comfortable saying "do whatever you want."

Terrible. Beware. Unless you are in the tiny 'clique' and you like your intelligence insulted you will be treated terribly and your hair will be hacked. I went to have my hair dyed and cut professionally. The only thing "professional" was a professional rip off. Hair cut was uneven. I couldn't tell how uneven until I hot home and could see my hair in the back. I mean the person who cut my hair must have uneven eyes...that's how.bad it is...Don't get me started on the color. Highlights were not done correctly the first time. I went back to get this fixed and they went through the motions like they were fixing what I pointed out but they did absolutely NOTHING.?!?!...I finally went to another person a good friend recommended and this person did an absolutely fabulous job and pointed out everything and all the mistakes they made. Unbelievable the uncut strands they missed also. It had to be a new hire that messed my hair up so bad because no experienced stylist could do that by accident. Also I should mention that this place is rather expensive...and I highly suspect they are employing former prison barbers and "hairdressers". Beware or you just might leave here with patches of hair gone and chunks of hair missing....

I am honestly so upset with my expirence and money spent.. I will most likely never trust anyone with my hair again. I specifically told my stylist I do not way my hair to look brassy or orange.. I payed $140 to just to get what I did not want and after coming in a second time thinking I was gonna get my hair fixed I was told it would take $420 to get my hair blonde because of the color of my hair. I then went home and explained to my boyfriend that it would take this much money to get fixed and we decided it wasn't worth it.. So then I messaged my stylist and asked her if there's anyway she could fix it so it's all one color and she told me yeah if you pay this much. I should have got told this the first appointment not after the fact of having brassy hair now that's gonna be stuck like this unless I pay all the money to have it fixed again.. I would never refer this place to anyone..
