Worst haircut of my life. I've went four times. First time was good, second time was debatable, third time was fantastic, fourth was absolutely awful. I had Amanda, I asked for 2 inches off, she lobbed off four. Ruined my hair, basically butchered it. She almost broke my neck and ripped my hair out washing it. She wouldn't stop cutting, and was going way too fast for me to even stop her. Stopped half way through to yell at the child she brought to work with her. Half-ass dried it for me. She was arrogant, insisted it was what I asked for, couldn't even mumble an apology, only admitted that she cut "a little over three inches" off. I left and immediately started sobbing. I can't believe she's even allowed to set foot in that shop. It was obvious her coworkers were aware how terrible of a job she did, but they kept their mouths shut. Thanks for the fantastic customer service ( sarcasm, if you can't tell).

The price was very high for 2 boy haircuts. We showed two different styles for two different people and they ended up with the same haircut. It was left too long on the crown to spike and make look good. I'll find someplace else next time.

I went in and asked for an inverted bob and I wanted to keep some of the length in the front. The girl that cut my hair (didn’t give me her name, probably for a reason) proceeded to chop the back of my hair super short to the back of the ear line and not even bother to angle the front. I was mortified, I’ve never had an experience like that before. Luckily, I went in to get it fixed (hoping not by the same girl) and Shanna fixed it up to the best of her abilities. Bless her. It looks much better than it did but I still have holes from where the previous girl messed up. If you don’t feel confident doing a certain haircut, let someone else do it. I have to style my hair a certain way or wear a hat now because of state of my hair. Will return to Shanna for a trim once the back grows in, but after that more than likely will not be returning.
