The stylist, and I use that term very loosely, did a terrible job! Her name is Jessica Hartman...she's not very friendly either. Actually rather snotty and she has absolutely no reason to be looking down her nose at people..the other older lady wasn't welcoming either..just stared at her while she butchered my long hair. Jessica took an extra 3-4 inches off of the front of my hair! And i even showed her detailed pictures of the style...smh.she needs to go back to school for something else because clearly, cutting hair is beyond her skill set..do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! If u like having hair that is..

The staff are friendly, but my stylist didn't do a great job. I had an extremely easy cut, just buzzing my head with a no. 2 razor, and she somehow messed it up. You're also charged for a shampoo whether you get it or not.

Rachel is awesome! She listens to you and give you what you want. She is so friendly. Rachel is the reason I go to this salon!

Charges for length was unnecessary, but the person who did my hair was nice.

I love the haircut I got from Ashley yesterday. She was friendly, efficient, and responsive to what I asked her to do. I've been getting this haircut for a while from different people (and ill-advisedly myself once or twice) and it hasn't looked this good since the first time I had it.
