I got my hair cut by Betsy yesterday and it was a great experience. She did a thorough consultation, head massage before wash (such a treat), and I am very pleased with the resulting cut. Relaxing atmosphere, great products, and the tea is delicious.

Awesome staff. All organic. I have trouble with normal hair salons so this place is lovely. Plus my hair looks amazing.

My initial experience here was horrible. Maybe it's because I paid for a less experienced stylist? But my hair was 2 inches shorter than what I wanted. She said this was because "in a month it'll be at your shoulders anyway"...i initially told her I wanted it just above my shoulders. My hair is now at my jawline. She also left my hair uneven. When I asked her to fix it she touched up a couple places, but when I said it was still uneven she tried to convince me it was just the way it was styled. As I could tell her patience with me was wearing thin I decided to trust her. But went home and styled it differently to see it was still uneven. Thankfully, I was able to go back a few days later get it fixed for free by Becky who was very kind about the whole situation. I wouldn't say "Don't go to this salon" because overall I liked the atmosphere, and Caroline at the front desk was such a sweetheart. She even held my baby while I came in to get my hair fixed. I would strongly recommend a more experienced hair dresser, however.

Laura is great! Been going to her about a year. Carolyn is so friendly and welcoming. Very reasonable rates and free bang trims between cuts. Love coming here!
