Erin, the lady I got my haircut from just a few minutes ago cut my hair so much more than I had asked for. I told her 2 inches and she said I need to cut at least 4 inches for my dead ends. I have very healthy hair but I was like okay.. that's fine. Next thing I know she cut it about 6-7 inches. I kept telling her I want it be long still while she was in the process of cutting my hair. When she was finished and she asked me how I liked it.. I was like this is not what I asked for. This is way too short. She's like "oh, you needed it". Never going back there. This is ridiculous. I had personal reasons of why I didn't want short hair. I still tipped her because I've worked in the beauty industry but she did not deserve it at all especially for that comment. Extremely disappointed.

I have natural brown hair and wanted to dye it blonde. I have had brown hair my entire life so I was a little nervous. Erin was my stylist and she listened to my concerns, explained my options and the entire process to me. I left with a beautiful ombre style and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will be back to see Erin!

They do an excellent job on your hair. Ive been going there for many years even though it takes me an hour to get there.

Aimee is the best! She does haircuts for several of our family members, and we love her. ❤️

Worst experience ever. Been going to this location for 10 years. Has changed greatly in last 6 months. Went on Saturday morning 1/13/18 No one was waiting so I thought it would not take long. Waited 1.1/2 hours and still no hair cut. 10 people came in during this time and longest wait was 5 minutes. I understand that they take appointments but they should remove sign that says walk ins welcome. Woman behind counter said several times should be about ten minutes. Never happened! Will never visit this location again.Seems if you are spending 50$ or more you get better service. Owner should be embarrassed by what happened.
